My first session
I offer a 30-minute free initial meeting so that we can introduce each other and I can explain how I work. This will give you a chance to see if you feel able to work with me and I can answer any questions that you may have.
Type of session
I offer individual face-to-face, telephone and online counselling sessions and each session will last for 60 minutes.
Fees
Individual sessions are £45.00 per session
My fee for Couples Counselling is £65.00 for a 1-hour session and £85.00 for a 1.5-hour session
