There are different types of therapy, and it can be confusing trying to find the one that is right for you.
I am predominantly a Person-Centred counsellor which means that I provide a space where you can bring your difficulties, worries, anxieties, frustrations, and family and relationship issues and will experience a non-judgemental and empathic space to reflect on issues that have brought you to counselling. I won’t offer you advice but help you find your own solutions by providing you with a confidential space where we can create a good therapeutic relationship for you to find your true authentic self.
Person Centred approach was founded by Carl Rogers in the 1950s.
